Appointments booked through this site are in-store consultations with Mac at Louis Vuitton Charleston, 230 King St, Charleston, SC. Book online at /book There is no purchase obligation and no charge to book or attend.

• Confirmation: booking runs in the embedded Cal.com calendar; when you pick a time, the booking is made and confirmed by Cal.com. This site does not store booking requests. Prefer to talk first? Call Mac's direct line at (854) 274-8282.
• Availability: the calendar shows Mac's live availability; store hours, private events and client demand can shift it.
• Cancelling: email mac.madden@louisvuitton.com or call (854) 274-8282 to reschedule or cancel. No fees, ever.

The drops list is Mac's personal client-advisor list. It is not an official louisvuitton.com mailing list. Signing up requires your explicit opt-in (a checked consent box); you're never added by booking an appointment or sending a contact message.

List signups are emailed to Mac. Mac emails list members personally about upcoming drops, waitlist updates and private previews. Stop anytime: visit /unsubscribe and enter your email, or email Mac and ask to be removed. Requests are honored personally by Mac.

This site is a showcase, not a store. No prices are listed and no inventory is offered for sale online. Pieces are presented by look and story, to explore before you visit. Purchases happen in person with Mac at the Louis Vuitton Charleston store, subject to Louis Vuitton's own terms of sale and availability.
