Use the booking page: pick a real time in Mac's live calendar and the booking is confirmed on the spot, at the Louis Vuitton store on King Street. Appointments run about thirty minutes, with no charge to book and no purchase obligation. To move a booking, call Mac's direct line at (854) 274-8282.

What happens in the thirty-minute appointment?
Your wishlist is pulled in advance and alternatives are ready before you arrive. The appointment itself runs about thirty minutes, one client at a time.
Do I need to bring more than a wishlist?
Just your wishlist. Name the pieces when you book and Mac has them pulled in advance, with alternatives ready.
Why are there no prices or stock counts?
No. Stock changes, so availability is always enquire with Mac. Send the piece name through the contact page and Mac confirms what is in the store now.
What can Mac source, style and gift?
Sourcing hard-to-find pieces and specific colourways, gifting at every level, full-look wardrobe styling, and first looks at seasonal arrivals and previews. The services page lays out each one.
What does the drops list send?
Mac's own email list for seasonal arrivals, waitlist updates, and private previews. It is his personal list, not a Louis Vuitton program. Join on the drops page. Signups are emailed to Mac and this site keeps no copy. If the form cannot send, text Mac to be added. Drop alerts also land on his Instagram, @lvmacmadden.
