This is Mac Madden's personal client-advisor website. It is not an official louisvuitton.com property, and the personal drops list described below is Mac's personal client list, not an official Louis Vuitton mailing list.

We collect only what you deliberately give us, through three paths:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message, plus any piece you're enquiring about. Used solely to reply to you personally.
• personal drops list: your email address and the categories you tell us you're watching for. Used solely to email you about upcoming drops, waitlist updates and private previews. Joining the list always requires your explicit opt-in, submitting the contact form or requesting an appointment never adds you to it on its own.
• Appointment booking, your name, email address, phone number (optional), requested date and time, occasion, interests and any notes. Used to hold and confirm your in-store appointment at Louis Vuitton Charleston.
• Campaign tags: if you arrived through a link carrying utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign (and friends), we read those tags from the page URL when you submit a form and attach them to the enquiry email, so Mac knows which invitation brought you. First-party only: no analytics scripts, no cookies, nothing shared with anyone.

You only receive list emails if you checked the drops opt-in, on the drops page, or the optional checkbox on the contact form. Every drops email from this site includes an unsubscribe link and mail-header unsubscribe support (an unsubscribe URL plus a mailto address, and one-click unsubscribe where enabled), so you can start your unsubscribe right from your inbox.

Stop anytime: visit /unsubscribe and enter your email, or reply to any list email and ask to be removed. No questions asked, no confirmation games. Mac manages removals personally. Your request is honored within 10 business days, and you won't be re-emailed unless you explicitly rejoin.

• Form submissions, list signups and booking requests are delivered to mac.madden@louisvuitton.com Form submissions are emailed to Mac so he can respond personally. This site keeps no copy. (854) 274-8282 is Mac's direct line.
• When email delivery is active, emails are sent through Resend, our email-delivery provider. Appointment calendar holds are created through Cal.com.
• Embedded Instagram posts and reels load content directly from Meta. When you view them, Meta may receive your IP address and device information and set its own cookies. That is outside this site's control.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or hand it to any other third party. Your data is never bundled into marketing profiles.

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own and runs no product analytics, ad pixels or cross-site trackers. Standard web-server logs (the kind every host keeps) are the only background record. Embedded Instagram content may set Meta's own cookies when you view it; see “Who else sees your data” above.

• Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up on your enquiry.
• Drops-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. At that point Mac removes them personally, so you won't be re-emailed unless you explicitly rejoin. Unsubscribed addresses are also recorded on a server-side do-not-mail list that lives only on the site's server. Email addresses are never committed to the site's GitHub repository or its history. To have the record deleted entirely, email Mac.
• Appointment details travel by text or email and are not stored by this site.

This site is intended for adults seeking personal client advisory. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. This policy is governed by the laws of South Carolina.
