How it works

Tell him what you are hunting
The model, the colorway, the leather, the size. Photos help. So do near misses: show him the piece you almost bought and Mac will read between the lines.

Mac searches the network
Mac checks the store floor first, then asks what else he can reach. What he can find depends on what the House has available, and he will say so if the answer is no.

Mac confirms it personally
The exact piece, its details and its condition, confirmed by Mac before you commit. No surprises, no almost rights.
Worth knowing
Exotic leathers and rare colorways take longer. Mac will say so up front, with a realistic timeline.
If a piece cannot be found, Mac tells you that too, with the closest honest alternative and no pressure to settle.
Sourcing costs you nothing beyond the piece itself. The service is the relationship.
Private appointments
Send Mac the details: model, colorway, leather, size. Mac will take it from there.
Mac will look, and he will tell you plainly if he cannot find it.
